It was originally formed with name of Anna Finance Limited which is changed in Anna Infrastructures Limited on 4th April, 2006 under the issued certificate of Registrar of Companies, NCT of Delhi and Haryana. Subsequently, the registered office of the company had been shifted and registered under the Registrar of Companies, Kanpur.
It was formed with the objective to carry on the business of real eatate developers, builders, contractors, colonizers and other activity relating to construction of any building, roads, highways and to caary on the business of related activities.
The equity shares of the Company has been listed on Bombay Stock Exchange Limited (BSE). Scrip Symbol ‘ANNAINFRA’, and Srip Code ‘530799’.
